Irrespective of the size, complexity or vision that you have for your special day, we can provide the Audio Visual Equipment necessary to make it a reality.
We may be able to assist you in numerous possible areas such as sound, lighting, effects, video, decore, entertainment and power distribution.
SOUND
LIGHTING
Lighting is probably the biggest component both in scale and diversity.
Lighting falls under four categories
AMBIENCE - lighting that provides the primary ambience for the venue, such as Fairy Lights, LED curtains, Festoon lights, Uplights, paper lanterns, hanging light features, table lights etc.
HIGHLIGHT - lighting that is necessary to highlight a feature, such as a spotlight on the cake table, the gift table, the seating plan, the head table, the MC position (so that they can read their notes!), floral arrangements, bar areas, food tables etc.
FANCY LIGHTING - that lighting that is installed to create a mood or consolidate an ambience, such as uplighting, lighting of trees or special features in and around the venue, fun lights for the dance floor area etc.
SAFETY AND SECURTY - that lighting necessary to illuminate pathways, walkways to toilets, lighting of the catering areas, carparks, steps etc
EFFECTS
If your vision calls for a smoke machine, bubble machines, haze machines, low lying fog machine (great for the bridal dance) or confetti canons then we can supply them. We have multiple sizes available to suit your venue and requirements.
VIDEO
We can supply large screen monitors, video projectors, cameras and all the associated vison equipment to meet you requriements and expectations for the day.
DECORE
We can supply arbours, archways, table lighting decorations and much more
ENTERTAINMENT
We have three different types of photobooths, karaoke machines, Jukebox machines and Green Screen DanceHeads video recording
POWER DISTRIBUTION
Sounds boring, but when you combine the electrical demands of the lighting, the DJ or band, the catering, the bar etc then all of a sudden the need for adequate power distribution, which may require three phase or a generator, must be considered. We have all the necessary equipment to ensure there are no dark surprises during the evening.
