Much more is learnt, created, discovered and retained when delegates participate and interact. To inspire and motivate there must be ongoing two-way communications between the facilitator and the audience. This interactive audience response system not only enhances this process, but is the core element that creates interaction in the first place.
Running on a standard PC, this system enables delegates to respond to the facilitators questions and other material using the learning and evaluation experience.
Results can be displayed instantly and are automatically stored for later analysis.
Prior to using, the facilitator will have prepared the presentation with slides or pages made on any Microsoft program, ie PowerPoint, Word etc.
When a pre-prepared question appears on the screen, the audience will be given a series of options, ie A, B, C or D etc. Each audience member who has their own handset transmitter then selects their chosen option, and presses the corresponding button on their handset.
The signal is sent to the receiver that is plugged into the PCs USB port, where the results from all participants is automatically collected and then displayed on the screen.
The response from all participants is then presented in a format generated by the Just Vote software and is immediately available.
This system cannot normally be hired as individual components.
The system comprises the basic system, which is a laptop computer with the necessary voting and presentation software loaded, and the USB plug-in Just Vote receiver.
The individual handsets are then hired separately, depending on how many you require.
